If you submit content (comments, assignments, testimonials, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it for educational or promotional purposes.
You retain full ownership of your original work.


5. Payments and refunds
Some services may be paid. All fees will be clearly indicated.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with a paid service, please contact us within 7 days.


6. Availability and changes
We do our best to ensure the platform runs smoothly, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or remove content at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.


7. Limitation of liability
Qoolli is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our platform, courses, or materials, except as required by law.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.


8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled in Dutch courts unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
